According to passersby, in the evening of March 10, about ten patrol cars were pursuing the suspect along Kurmanjan Datka Street. The police vehicles managed to block the truck near the Alamedin market, after which the officers detained the driver and brought him to the ground.
As reported by Kaktus.media, the Bishkek City Police Department confirmed that on March 10, a report was received at the First May District Police Department stating that at the intersection of the northern bypass road and Vasilyevsky tract, an unknown individual had committed sexual acts against a girl and then fled in a truck. In this regard, the investigative service initiated a criminal case under Article 154 "Rape" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The detained individual turned out to be D. T., born in 2006, and he has been placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Police Department.
As for the victim, B. A., a forensic medical examination has been appointed.
