A report of the crime was received from a social worker in the Sokuluk district. It has been established that the incident occurred at the beginning of the current year. A criminal case has been opened regarding this case under Article 154 (Rape) of the Criminal Code of Kyrgyzstan.
The suspect is identified by the name Turat, however, it is possible that his full name is Jumayev Turat Kasymovich, and he was born in 1979.
Currently, measures are being taken to locate him and establish his whereabouts.
