During the investigation, it was revealed that these individuals were involved in the forgery of medical certificates of form No. 086, which are necessary for extending the stay of foreign citizens in the Kyrgyz Republic.
A citizen of Pakistan, A. M., provided fake medical certificates to citizens of Pakistan and Bangladesh without conducting the mandatory medical examination.
It is noted that a medical worker from the National Hospital, I. T. V., is also suspected of facilitating these illegal activities.
During a search at the residences of A. M. and the workplace of I. T. V., more than 160 counterfeit medical certificates intended for visa processing, allowing foreigners to stay in the country, were found and seized.

The GKNB also emphasizes that in the context of an outbreak of the highly lethal Nipah virus registered in South Asian countries, the absence of medical examinations for foreign citizens poses a serious threat to the sanitary and epidemiological situation in the Kyrgyz Republic.
