Citizen of Kyrgyzstan, Bekzhan Beishekeev, has found himself at the center of a high-profile criminal case in the USA, where he is charged with the deaths of four people. The maximum penalty he faces is 28 years of imprisonment. This information appeared on the social media page of an information portal for immigrants.

The car accident, which resulted in the deaths of a father, two sons, and their friend, occurred on February 3.

According to the Jay County Prosecutor's Office in Indiana, the head-on collision that led to the tragedy was caused by driver fatigue, speeding, and failure to maintain a safe distance. One person was also seriously injured as a result of the accident.

Beishekeev is facing charges, including "involuntary manslaughter."

As noted in the investigative materials, at the moment of the collision, Bekzhan was traveling at a speed of 64 miles per hour, which exceeds the allowed limit by 9 miles. He and the driver of the truck in front of him were not injured in the incident.

It was previously reported that Bekzhan Beishekeev was detained in Indiana, where the investigation accuses him of being involved in the car accident that claimed the lives of four people. The incident occurred on February 3, when his truck crossed into oncoming traffic and collided with a van.
