A criminal case has been initiated regarding this incident under Article 122 "Murder" of the Criminal Code.
It was also revealed that D. R., who is the suspect, has been registered with a psychiatrist since 2014.D. R., born in 1988, has been detained and is in custody. The investigation is ongoing.
