The investigative operational group arrived at the scene. During the examination of the summer cottage area, at a depth of 15–20 cm underground, in the zone of the inner side of the fence, the body of a man was found lying on his back. The identity of the victim has been established as B. N., born in 1993.
A criminal case has been initiated in accordance with Article 122 "Murder" of the Criminal Code.
It has also been established that D. R. has been registered with a psychiatrist since 2014.The suspect in the case is D. R., born in 1988, who has been placed in a temporary detention facility. The investigation is ongoing.
