The suspect is registered with a psychiatrist
In the Chuy region, law enforcement officers detained a man suspected of committing a brutal murder, reports the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs.
According to the police, on March 22, 2026, a report was received at the police department of the Jayil district that a body had been found at the "Southern" dacha site in Kara-Balta.
The arriving investigative team discovered the body of a man buried at a depth of 15-20 centimeters. It was established that the victim is B.N., born in 1993.
During the investigation of the criminal case opened under Article 122 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, the identity of the suspect was established as D.R., born in 1988. The investigation revealed that on March 19, he met three men with whom a conflict arose after they used drugs together. Two individuals managed to escape, while D.R. held one of them, beat him, and took him to his dacha by taxi, where he continued to beat him, leading to B.N.'s death.
To conceal the traces of the crime, D.R. buried the victim's body and scattered personal belongings in various places.
The suspect was detained, and it was found that he has been registered with a psychiatrist since 2014.
