It became known that the SCNS received a complaint from a woman who is a citizen of Kyrgyzstan. She reported that a certain "Sahab" introduced himself as an employee of the SCNS, gained her trust, and promised to help free her son, who was in pre-trial detention center No. 1. As a result, he deceitfully obtained $24,100 and 100,000 soms from her.
In addition, another citizen of Kyrgyzstan reported that in September 2025 in Bishkek, "Sahab," also posing as a national security employee, promised to bring Vietnamese citizens for employment in a sewing workshop. Under this pretext, he received $14,000 but did not fulfill his obligations, disappeared, and did not return the money.
Currently, the suspect is in the temporary detention facility of the SCNS, and investigative actions are ongoing.
