Some of the mentioned individuals have already appeared in materials related to corruption schemes within the GKNB system. In February of this year, it became known about the detention of Zhakypbekov, who is suspected of involvement in corruption being investigated by the Military Prosecutor's Office. Later, the GKNB confirmed that he was involved in creating a stable corruption group along with other employees and civilians.Ulan, better known as Vaseline, is considered a close associate of Zhakypbekov. He is also suspected of corruption and extortion, and at the end of February, the criminal case against him was sent to court.
