On February 21, the Pervomaisky District Court of Bishkek decided to place U.U.K., a former employee of the State Committee for National Security (GKNB), known by the nickname "Vaseline," in custody. This information was confirmed by the court's press service on February 27 for the editorial office of "AKIpress Summary."

U.U.K. is charged under Article 336, Part 1 ("Corruption") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. He is currently being held in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Police Department until April 15.

A video has become popular on social media in Kyrgyzstan, featuring photographs of various individuals, including athletes, GKNB employees, businessmen, and police officers. These individuals have been associated with the so-called "40 choro" of the former head of the GKNB in Bishkek, Eldar Jakypbekov, among whom was U.U.K.

According to sources, prior to his work in national security agencies, he previously served in the police.

Later, the GKNB's press service responded to the situation, stating that there should be no untouchables in government structures. The agency also reported the dismissal of several employees suspected of abusing their official powers.

Additionally, the GKNB denied the information regarding the existence of unofficial nicknames among its employees, emphasizing that such materials are disseminated by interested parties to create a false public opinion about the committee's activities.
