According to information provided by the court's press service on February 19, D.S.D. has been charged under Article 336, Part 1 ("Corruption") of the Criminal Code of Kyrgyzstan.
The court has determined the measure of restraint in the form of detention in SIZO-1 until April 15.
Earlier, a video became available on social networks in Kyrgyzstan, featuring photographs of various individuals, including athletes, GKNB employees, businessmen, and police officers. The author of the video links them to the so-called "40 choro" group, led by former head of the GKNB for Bishkek Eldar Jakypbekov. "Pito" was also mentioned in this list.
Later, a video allegedly capturing the detention of "Pito" appeared online; however, there has been no official confirmation of this information.
In response to this situation, the press service of the GKNB emphasized that there should be no untouchables in government agencies and announced the dismissal of several employees suspected of abusing their official powers during their tenure.
