At a press conference on March 12 at AKIpress, Toktaliyev stated that Bekeev's family believes that former SCNS employees are influencing the course of the investigation.
Adilet's sister, Elnura Bekeeva, reported that her brother was engaged in the transportation of cars. He arranged with a certain A. through the Lalafo app to deliver eight cars from Kazakhstan. On January 11, 2026, Adilet Bekeev brought the cars to Kyrgyzstan, where he was met by a group of people. One of them, R., took the keys and documents for the cars from him. Bekeev went home to rest, but the next day, when he returned to the unloading site, he discovered that four cars were missing.
After that, he contacted the police himself and reported the theft. On January 15, he and three other individuals were detained for questioning. On February 15, he was charged with large-scale fraud.
Elnura claims that, according to her brother, during the interrogation, the case files were taken by SCNS employees. "My brother reported that upon seeing the news about the detention of an SCNS employee nicknamed 'V.', he recognized him as one of those who took the defendants out during the interrogation," she added.
Adilet's father, Ernis Bekeev, along with his daughter, appealed to the president to take control of the case and conduct an immediate and objective investigation.
"Each police station is equipped with cameras. The defendant A. also dealt with cars, but there are no claims against him. Initially, the complaint was filed with the Bishkek City Police Department, but then the case was transferred to the Sverdlovsk district. The family believes that the disappearance of the cars is related to the involvement of security personnel," noted the lawyer.
At the moment, Adilet Bekeev and the person who hired him are in pre-trial detention center No. 1.
The SCNS employee mentioned in the Bekeev family's appeal was detained on February 21 on suspicion of corrupt activities.
