In addition, as part of an internal service investigation:
- six employees were dismissed from the national security agencies;
- another six employees were removed from their positions and transferred to the SCNS;
- one candidate was excluded from the recruitment process for the SCNS;
- eight SCNS employees received disciplinary sanctions.
Earlier, the Military Prosecutor's Office of Kyrgyzstan initiated a criminal case against Jakypbekov under Article 336, Part 1 "Corruption" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, suspecting him of organizing a corruption group consisting of SCNS employees and civilians engaged in personal enrichment.
