An employee of the State Committee for National Security (GKNB) was suspended from work after a Kyrgyz woman accused him of pressuring her family

The military prosecutor's office is initiating a preliminary investigation into the facts outlined in the appeal.

An employee of the State Committee for National Security (GKNB) has been temporarily suspended from duty following accusations from a Kyrgyz woman of pressuring her family, as reported by the special service's press office.

The accusation involves Aimeerim Omurzakova, whose message has become widely discussed on social media and in some news outlets. In her appeal, the woman stated that in August 2025, her husband was summoned to the GKNB, where two operatives pressured him to transfer property to a third party's name. Otherwise, he was threatened with criminal prosecution and imprisonment for up to 8 years.

As a result of the pressure, her husband transferred a 2020 Toyota Avalon, a trading container at the "Dordoi" market, and a residential house, with a total value of approximately $265,000.

Omurzakova claims that the pressure resumed shortly thereafter.

The family contacted the GKNB's internal security service on October 7, 2025, but to no avail. After that, they filed complaints with the General Prosecutor's Office, the presidential administration, and the head of the GKNB. On October 24, the case materials were transferred to the military prosecutor's office. The next day, according to Omurzakova, her husband was detained by the same employees and spent 65 days in a detention center.

According to her, during this time he was subjected to physical and moral pressure, and the family was restricted in their ability to meet.

According to the family's statement, a criminal case was initiated against the GKNB employee for abuse of office. The suspect was detained; however, the First Mai District Court chose to impose house arrest as a preventive measure.

The GKNB reported that in connection with the emergence of this information in the media, an operational check was conducted to determine the involvement of the mentioned employees in the stated facts.

As a result of this check, the GKNB leadership decided to temporarily suspend B.R. from his position until the investigative actions are completed and all circumstances are finally clarified with a legal assessment from the Military Prosecutor's Office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
