An employee of the State Committee for National Security (GKNB) was detained in Bishkek. This was reported by sources in law enforcement agencies. He is accused of abusing his official powers.

According to information from the Pervomaisky District Court, on March 12, R.Sh.B. was detained by the Military Prosecutor's Office as part of a criminal case under Article 337, Part 3 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. However, on March 14, the court decided to release him under house arrest.
