According to the agency, the judge with the initials "Sh.B.Z." promised to help citizen "T.M.T." with his court case, which included evading imprisonment. For this, he received 26 thousand US dollars but was unable to fulfill his obligations.
During the return of part of the money amounting to 85 thousand soms, judge "Sh.B.Z." was detained.
The Council of Judges of the Kyrgyz Republic consented to the criminal prosecution of "Sh.B.Z." on April 3, 2026. On April 6, he was placed in the GKNB detention center.
