According to the information provided, the senior secretary of the Chui Regional Court, known as A.Zh.B., used her official position to assist citizen T.M.T. in obtaining a court decision not related to imprisonment, for which she received $26,000.
“Nevertheless, she was unable to resolve the issue in favor of T.M.T. During operational-search activities, GKNB officers caught A.Zh.B. red-handed as she was returning part of the previously received funds — 651,000 soms and $2,800. She was placed in the GKNB detention center. The involvement of citizen K.A.A. and judge J.Sh.B. of the Alamudun District Court has also been established, who was caught red-handed while returning 85,000 soms,” the statement said.
