In Manas and the Suzak district, a new digital dispatch service for emergency medical assistance has been launched. This service automates the reception and distribution of calls, as well as allows real-time tracking of vehicle locations, helping dispatchers make quick decisions.

The system provides more prompt and coordinated access to emergency medical care. It includes modern computer equipment, mobile devices, and uninterruptible power supplies. The software is integrated with mapping and analytical tools, which improves response efficiency and reduces the time required for teams to arrive, especially in remote settlements.

Dispatchers and paramedics are undergoing training to work with the new digital tools. Nurgul Adnaeva, Deputy Minister of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic, emphasized the importance of this project:

We need such initiatives to not remain at just the pilot level. The digitization of emergency care must be a complete process, including training, support, and the transfer of all materials to the local level. Only in this way can the system function effectively and benefit patients on a daily basis.

This project was implemented by the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic with the support of the Kyrgyz-German project for the digitization of emergency medical care, which is carried out by the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ).

The implementation of the digital dispatch service has become part of the modernization program for the ambulance system in Kyrgyzstan and represents a step towards expanding digital solutions in the healthcare sector.
