In Bishkek, a meeting of the operational headquarters took place, during which the current epidemiological situation related to the increase in cases of ARVI and influenza in the country was discussed. The press service of the Ministry of Health reports that as a result of the meeting, a decision was made on the necessity of strengthening preventive measures.

In particular, emphasis was placed on monitoring in educational institutions and actively informing residents about precautionary measures against viruses.

It was recommended that inter-district Centers for Hygiene and Epidemiology enhance preventive work not only in kindergartens and schools but also in shopping centers, especially those with children's play areas. In the event of a continued rise in morbidity, the introduction of temporary restrictive measures in places of mass gathering of children may be proposed, as stated in the official message.
In regions where the situation with morbidity remains stable, it was also instructed to intensify preventive work to prevent the spread of infections.
Strict quarantine measures have been introduced in healthcare institutions. Mandatory mask-wearing, restrictions on visits to hospitals by patients' relatives, and the placement of informational materials on influenza prevention have become the norm. Regular disinfection and bacterial treatment of premises are also carried out to enhance safety.

In addition, sanitary directives have been prepared for the heads of various organizations. Letters have been sent to district administrations and relevant agencies, including the Ministry of Education and the DUMK, as well as major shopping centers and educational institutions have been notified of the need to strengthen control over preventive measures.
