The main goal of the festival is to promote winter tourism in Karakol and position Kyrgyzstan as a year-round destination where culture, active recreation, and unique nature combine.
Festival guests can expect three thematic zones, each offering its own unique atmosphere.
Western Track - Drive and Energy

The festival lays the groundwork for establishing an annual tradition of a vibrant opening of the winter tourist season, which will contribute to the increase of domestic and inbound tourism, as well as improve the country's image on the international stage.
The Department of Tourism invites all residents and guests of Kyrgyzstan to join this new winter event and together open the season in an atmosphere of music, light, and mountains.
