“We live in the same house and in the spring decided to create a business in America that would not be related to buying and selling, as is often the case in the CIS. We wanted to implement a project using technology and artificial intelligence, and eventually came up with the idea of an application related to our future professions: cybersecurity, computer technology, business, and computer engineering,” the student shared his experience.
The idea began to take shape by the end of April. In the summer, the team worked on the FitFindAI project, which helps find and select clothing based on a textual description or image.“The application searches for clothing in your region, and if there are no suitable options, it checks offers worldwide. You can also filter locations. I worked on the design myself, while my friends were responsible for the databases. In the summer, we registered the company FitFindAI, Inc. in the USA,” Shukurov added.

“The forum takes place once a year. We aimed to attract investors and presented our application. It was a valuable experience, and I didn’t know that at the end of the forum, startups are evaluated. Recently, I received a letter notifying me that our company was valued at $1.6 million, even though the application is not yet available on the App Store and Google Play. I am confident that after its release, the price will significantly increase.
I was once again convinced that the American market highly values such businesses that use AI and technology. If I had launched a similar startup in Kyrgyzstan or Russia, its value might not have exceeded $10,000,” the student concluded.
