According to the Ministry of Transport and Communications, as of 10:00 AM on December 11, temporary restrictions for freight transport at the Dolon pass in the Naryn region have been lifted.
However, at the Ala-Bel pass, located on the Bishkek–Osh highway, restrictions for oversized vehicles remain in effect.
On the Bishkek–Naryn–Torugart highway (Tuz-Bel pass), there is a temporary restriction for all types of vehicles. Blizzards continue in this section, but specialists from DEP No. 957 are continuing operational road clearing and treatment with inert materials.

Traffic is open on other passes and roads, and road maintenance work continues without interruption.
The agency urges drivers to install winter tires and strictly adhere to traffic rules before long trips.
