The First Deputy Minister of Health Familiarized Himself with the Work of the Infectious Disease Hospital in Osh
The main purpose of the visit was to assess the organization of medical care for patients with acute respiratory viral infections and influenza, as well as to check the occupancy rate of the hospital beds against the backdrop of rising morbidity during the season.
As the hospital director Shayat Abdurakhmanov reported, the infectious diseases hospital currently has 270 beds, of which 180 are allocated for children, and the rest are intended for adults. In the context of the seasonal increase in morbidity, there is a rise in patient visits; however, all patients receive the necessary medical assistance in full.
