Citizens of the country have expressed dissatisfaction with the queues for medical certificates.
As reported by the head of the president's office, Kanaybek Tumanbaev, in his interview, a medical certificate of form 083 will no longer be required for the replacement of a permanent driver's license.
From January 15 to February 15 of this year, citizens of Kyrgyzstan will be able to make this replacement without any costs and without the need to undergo a medical commission.
“Currently, there are difficulties with queues for the form 083 certificate. I want to emphasize that it is not needed for the replacement of permanent driver's licenses. This certificate is only required when obtaining a license for the first time,” Tumanbaev added.
To replace the license, it is only necessary to present a valid driver's license.
In addition, the changes will also affect the "Tündük" system, where this certificate is still requested.
