Tumanbaev noted that he has received numerous inquiries from citizens regarding driver's licenses.
“In this regard, I decided to clarify the situation. By the president's directive, the period from January 15 to February 15 is designated for the free exchange of old indefinite licenses for new ones. I recommend not to delay and take advantage of this opportunity now,” he added.
It is worth reminding that new samples of driver's licenses began to be issued in November 2025. The exchange of indefinite licenses for new ones is carried out at the State Agency for Registration of Vehicles and Drivers.
