Additionally, it was noted that the service is available through the "Tunduk" mobile application, which significantly simplifies the process and helps avoid long queues. Previously, representatives of the government agency had already explained the exchange procedure in both the media and on official websites.
The broadcast also emphasized that information regarding the need for payment is not true. Citizens were urged to trust only official sources and explanations from competent authorities.
