It is important to note that from January 15 to February 15, citizens will be able to exchange their old indefinite licenses for new ones at no cost.
The center clarified that the exact number of issued indefinite licenses is unknown, as different numbers of licenses were issued in various years. Some citizens have already managed to replace their documents. The free replacement campaign, which is set for one month, is aimed at providing service to all interested parties. Those who are unable to take advantage of the campaign will have the opportunity to replace their licenses on a paid basis until 2026; however, specific deadlines for paid replacement have not yet been established.
The cost for replacing a driver's license on a paid basis will be 779 soms, excluding the expenses for the medical certificate form 083, which will cost 724 soms.
Additionally, the center noted that for all other categories of citizens, services will be provided in the usual manner without any changes.
