During the meeting, the concerns of citizens who purchased apartments from the company were discussed. Representatives of the developer explained that the delays are related to a lack of financial resources.
In response to the situation, the department established a special commission to investigate the company's charter capital, the quality of construction work, and the overall aspects of the developer's activities.
OsOO has been given a deadline until June to rectify the identified violations and complete the construction of the facility.
Based on the results of the inspection and the commission's conclusions, the materials will be sent to law enforcement agencies for further legal analysis of the company's actions.
OsOO "Vision Group" was founded in 2015 and actively operates in the real estate market of Kyrgyzstan, mainly in Osh and Jalal-Abad. The company's primary focus includes the construction of residential and commercial properties, such as apartment buildings and residential complexes of various classes.
Among the projects announced by the company, the residential complex "Victoria" in Osh, as well as "Vision Residence," Life Park, "Sputnik," "Frunzensky," "Malina Life," "Tomiris," and others can be highlighted. Some properties have already been commissioned, while others are under construction.
