The distinguished graduate of vocational education in the USSR, Kapar Abykeev, has passed away


The judicial system of the Kyrgyz Republic expresses its condolences to the Chairman of the Bishkek City Court, Talaybek Kaparovich Abykeev, in connection with the tragic loss of his father, Abykeev Kapar Satybaldiyevich.

During this difficult time, the judiciary of the country shares the sorrow of the loss and sends sincere words of support to the family and loved ones of the deceased.

Kapar Satybaldiyevich Abykeev, born on February 18, 1952, became a symbol of dedication to his work and service to society. After graduating from secondary school in Kara-Suu in 1968 and obtaining a specialty at vocational school No. 6 in the village of Kok-Oy, he continued his education at the Tashkent Industrial-Pedagogical College No. 2. In 1974, after receiving his diploma, Kapar Satybaldiyevich began his career as a master of industrial training at vocational school No. 6, and in 1977 he headed the Ak-Sai branch of this institution.

In 1984, possessing outstanding organizational skills and a thirst for knowledge, he completed a ten-month French language course at Zhukov University in Leningrad. In 1985, Kapar Satybaldiyevich was appointed director of vocational school No. 110 in the Talas region. From 1986 to 1988, he performed important duties in Afghanistan, working as an advisor in the field of vocational education. Upon returning to his homeland, Kapar Satybaldiyevich continued his work and in 1994 again took the position of director of vocational lyceum No. 110, remaining in this position until his well-deserved retirement in July 2023.

Kapar Satybaldiyevich's labor achievements have been recognized with numerous state and departmental awards, including badges of "Distinguished Graduate of Vocational Education in the USSR" and "Veteran of Vocational Education in the USSR," the medal "From the Grateful Afghan People," the honorary certificate "Manas 1000," the Order "For Merit" from the Russian Union of Veterans of Afghanistan, as well as recognition from the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Kyrgyz Republic and the local government administration.
