
Joоmart Boshkoev was born on November 19, 1949, in Talas. In 1970, he graduated from the Tashkent Higher Combined Arms Command School named after Vladimir Lenin.

From 1981 to 1998, General Boshkoev served in the national security agencies of Kyrgyzstan, holding a number of key leadership positions. He made a significant contribution to the work of the State Guard Service, where during his leadership, the fundamental principles of modern security for high-ranking officials and strategically important facilities were established.
After retiring, he remained active in public life, heading the public association "Council of Veterans of State Security." Boshkoev actively supported veterans of law enforcement agencies and was involved in training young specialists, instilling in them officer honor and loyalty to their duty.
For his achievements and contributions to national security, he was awarded numerous state and departmental honors.
The General Prosecutor's Office, the Council of Veterans, and the entire staff of GKNB express their sincere condolences to the family and loved ones of the deceased.
