A signing ceremony for the Action Plan for 2026–2027 recently took place between the Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States, Kubanychbek Omuraliev, and the Regional Director of the World Health Organization for Europe, Hans Henri P. The Organization of Turkic States (OTS) unites Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkey, and Uzbekistan. It was founded in 2009 and has carried its current name since 2021. The OTS headquarters is located in Istanbul.
