As part of the event, the courage of the heroes was celebrated, and the memory of those who lost their lives during the events was honored.
The memorial rally took place at the monument located in the recreation park of the village of Belovodskoye, which is the administrative center of the district. Participants of the event, including representatives of the district administration and direct participants of the revolution, laid flowers at the memorial. In memory of the fallen, a moment of silence was observed, followed by a prayer in their honor.
At the conclusion of the event, Honorary Certificates from the district state administration were awarded to Estebes Ryskel'diev, Zamira Rakhimzhanova, Berdaly Nadyrbekov, and Almazbek Imanaliev for their courageous actions during the April Revolution.
During the tragic events of April 7, 2010, in the Moscow district, Bekkul Ysyiev, Kudurat Ashirov, and Adyl Omurbek uulu lost their lives, and their names are immortalized on the memorial.
