Starting from December 8, 2025, the process of applying for licenses for private schools will completely move to a digital format.
The Ministry of Education informs that licensing for primary, basic, and general secondary education will occur exclusively through the automated platform "Licensing."

Please note that paper documents will not be accepted after 6:00 PM on December 5, 2025.
These changes are implemented as part of the Government Accelerators program, aimed at digital transformation and simplifying licensing processes.
The agency emphasizes that the transition to an electronic system will help reduce the processing time for applications, increase transparency, and provide a more convenient service for educational institutions.
