As a result of the raids in the city of Osh, it was established that the administrator of the "Anti-Cinema" establishment on Abdikadyrov Street, 18-year-old S.S.H., born in 2007, organized a secret room where visitors could use synthetic drugs. The investigation suggests that he and two 19-year-olds — M.D. and M.R. — used drugs together and involved 11-year-old K.A.A. in the process.
The Internal Affairs Department of the city of Osh is conducting an investigation into this case.
