Additionally, in 1988, land plots were allocated to the enterprise "Agropromenergo" for agricultural needs. After this enterprise transformed into LLC "Batkenayylenergo" in 1996, according to the data from the special services, from 2009 to 2022, these lands were also unlawfully privatized and used for commercial purposes.
As a result of the pre-trial inspection, the owners of the plots agreed to voluntarily return the lands to the state. In total, the following were returned:
- 1.5 hectares in the city of Batken;
- 5 hectares in the village of Kyshtut;
- 2 hectares near the "Kyzyl-Bel - Road" checkpoint.
