Due to unstable weather and impending precipitation, there is a likelihood of dangerous phenomena occurring in the mountainous and foothill areas of the republic.
On certain sections of the highways, there may be avalanches, landslides, and other potentially dangerous situations. The most vulnerable sections of the highways include:

- Karakol — Enchilek (km 8, 38, 45–97);
- Barskoon — Ak-Shiyrak (km 57–208);
- Aral — Ming-Kush (km 1–7, 17–36);
- Naryn — Bayetov (km 97–105);
- Ak-Tal — Kazarman (km 2, 5, 67–94);
- Kochkor — Aral — Töö-Ashuu (km 107, 146–156);
- Balykchy — Kazarman — Jalal-Abad (km 326–349);
- Osh — Razzakov (km 78, 125–138, 149–190, 337–354);
- Razzakov — Andarak — Kök-Tash (km 0–19, 25–27.3);
- Kairagach — Kulundu — Arka (km 5–7);
- Barpy — Iyri-Suu — Özgön (km 14–16);
- Osh — Sary-Tash — Erkechtam (km 10–15, 69–74, 95–96, 163–240);

- Ak-Terek — Papaan — Kojo-Kelen (km 37–60);
- Jany-Aryk — Kyzyl-Suu (km 13–28);
- Myryza-Ake — Kara-Shoro (km 30–60);
- Myryza-Ake — Kara-Kulja — Kök-Art (km 40–125);
- Daroot-Korgon — Chak — Zhash-Tilek (km 0–3).
The agency has already sent relevant warnings to local authorities and state institutions to take measures to prevent emergencies and enhance safety.
The Ministry also strongly recommends that citizens avoid recreation in mountainous regions and exercise caution during long trips.
