The new initiative aims to optimize tourist services and coordinate the work of the industry
At a recent meeting chaired by Prime Minister Adylbek Kasymaliev, the idea of creating a unified "Digital Tourist Platform" was discussed, as reported by the government press service.
The platform is intended to consolidate government services, business services, and payment solutions, allowing tourists to easily access all necessary services — including visas, insurance, and logistics — without unnecessary bureaucratic hurdles and language difficulties.
Kasymaliev instructed the Department of Tourism, in collaboration with the ministries of digital development and finance, as well as JSC "Tündük," to develop the requirements for the platform as soon as possible and to ensure funding and technical implementation of this project.
