Until June, local producer fairs will be held in Kyrgyzstan

According to information provided by the press service of the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry, fairs will be organized in Kyrgyzstan, including Bishkek, on certain days until June 2026, where local farmers and artisans will offer socially significant food products.

The ministry emphasized that there is currently no shortage of essential products in the country, and supplies remain at an adequate level. The goal of the fairs is to ensure a stable supply of the domestic market and offer the population quality products at affordable prices.

Every Saturday and Sunday, a fair is held in Bishkek in collaboration with the local mayor's office, where residents are offered products at prices below market rates.

The main tasks set for the fairs include curbing price growth, ensuring the availability of products for socially vulnerable groups, supporting local producers, and maintaining stability in the domestic market.

In the capital, fair venues are located at T. Usubaliev Square, at the intersection of I. Razzakov and Abdymomunov Streets, as well as on Erkindik Boulevard in the Pervomaisky District.

Participants in the fairs must meet certain requirements: the products offered must comply with sanitary and hygiene standards, prices must be below market rates, and a confirming letter from the district agricultural administration is also required.
