In the Chui region, within the Moscow district, the establishment of a plant for the production of equipment for drip and sprinkler irrigation is planned. This was reported by the Ministry of Economy and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic.
According to the provided data, the new production complex will occupy a land plot of 10 hectares, located in the Ak-Suu rural district.
Investments in this project are being made by the Turkish company AKPLAS PLASTIK SANAYI VE TICARET A.Ş., known for its modern solutions in agricultural irrigation and water infrastructure. Their product range includes drip and sprinkler irrigation systems, polymer pipes, as well as equipment for water filtration and separation.

The implementation of this project will create opportunities for local production of equipment, which, in turn, will improve the efficiency of water resource use, minimize irrigation water losses, and introduce modern technologies into the agricultural sector of Kyrgyzstan, the ministry noted.
