
Emphasizing continuity in work, Akunbekov stated that the ministry will continue to implement five key areas set by his predecessor Bakyt Torobaev. He expressed high appreciation for the professionalism of the staff and highlighted the importance of personnel stability, confidently asserting the effectiveness of the current team.
During the meeting, the deputy ministers provided information on the current state of affairs in the industry. First Deputy Janibek Kerimaliev presented a report on the current activities of the ministry, while Deputy Mirbek Duyshiev shared data on the progress of credit programs. Currently, there are 9 projects of state financial support being implemented in the agro-industrial complex, with a total amount of 13 billion 180 million soms.
The minister also focused on preparations for the spring fieldwork, instructing the relevant leaders to ensure strict control over the supply of seeds, fuel and lubricants, and equipment for farmers. He identified the completion of the water sector reform as one of the main strategic priorities of his ministry.
In conclusion of the meeting, Akunbekov urged his colleagues to work honestly and transparently, aimed at achieving specific results in the shortest possible time.
