The Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, Adylbek Kasymaliev, has approved a temporary ban on the export of limestone-shelly rock beyond the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union. This ban will be in effect for six months and applies to raw materials that have been extracted or produced on the territory of Kyrgyzstan.
The ban covers limestone-shelly rock in various forms: unprocessed, roughly crushed, as well as in sawn condition, including blocks and slabs of square or rectangular shape (EAEU HS codes 2515 11 000 0 and 2515 12 000 0). Government authorities have been instructed to take necessary measures to prevent the illegal export of these goods abroad.
