During an inspection conducted by the agency, violations related to compliance with the norms of the Land Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as the Law "On Municipal Property" dated March 15, 2002 No. 37 and provisions of the Civil Code were established.
In response to the identified violations, the competent authorities filed a lawsuit to protect the rights of municipal property. The court granted all the claims made.
Thus, the hotel "Kerme-Tuu" and the land plot have once again become the property of the municipality of the city of Naryn.
The Ministry of Agriculture emphasized that this court decision is a significant step towards strengthening the rule of law and preventing cases of illegal privatization of state and municipal property.
