There has been another failure in the operation of banking applications in Kyrgyzstan.

On March 19, users of banking applications began to encounter problems when making payments through the ELQR system again. Many complained about transaction delays, the absence of a displayed scanned QR code, as well as complete app failures.

As reported by Kaktus.media from the JSC "Interbank Processing Center," there are indeed temporary difficulties with performing some operations through ELQR today. "These issues are caused by failures on the part of one of the participants in the ELQR operator network. Our partners are already working on resolving the issues," emphasized the JSC.

We remind you that the previous failure occurred on March 18. At that time, its causes were also related to technical peculiarities of certain participants in the ELQR operator network.
