As part of the auction, 36 lots will be offered, including:
- 14 properties with two stars;
- 8 properties with three stars;
- 6 properties with four stars;
- 3 properties with five stars;
- 5 infrastructure facilities, including public catering, spas, and ethnocomplexes, as well as modular residential houses.
According to Narbekov, the minimum area of the land plots for sale is 4 hundredths, while the maximum is 6 hectares. The starting price of the lots ranges from 1.8 million to 66 million soms.
He also noted that in the first phase of the auction in 2025, 14 lots were sold for a total of 472.5 million soms.
Jarkynbek Maksutov, the chairman of the company, added that it is currently unknown how many investors will participate in the auction, making it impossible to predict its results and revenue.
"Ala-Too Resort" is a large-scale state project aimed at creating the largest ski cluster in Central Asia. It encompasses three key areas: "Jyrgalan," "Ak-Bulak," and "Boz-Uchuk" in the Issyk-Kul region.
The length of the ski trails will be about 250 kilometers, and the resort will be able to accommodate up to 2 million tourists annually, creating more than 4,600 jobs. In the first phase, in Jyrgalan, 1,624 hectares have been prepared for resort infrastructure, including trails, cable cars, a substation, and engineering networks.
