The first stage of the auction took place in June 2025, during which 14 out of 49 lots were successfully sold. The remaining lots, including hotels of various categories—from two to five stars—will be offered in the current stage.
The bidding is scheduled for April 8-10.
The company is also offering land plots for the construction of hotels.
"Ala-Too Resort" is an ambitious project aimed at creating the largest ski cluster in Central Asia, covering three key areas: "Jyrgalan," "Ak-Bulak," and "Boz-Uchuk" in the Issyk-Kul region.
It is planned that the total length of ski trails will be about 250 kilometers, and the resort will be able to accommodate up to 2 million tourists annually, creating over 4,600 new jobs. As part of the first stage, which is taking place in Jyrgalan, 1,624 hectares have already been prepared for resort infrastructure, including trails, cable cars, a substation, and engineering networks.
