Participants familiarized themselves with the current state of the facility, discussed issues related to infrastructure modernization, and outlined further steps for reconstruction.
During the discussion, they emphasized the importance of creating a modern and functional renewal concept that would take into account the needs of the citizens. The mayor highlighted that the Koyomkul Sports Palace is a significant historical site, and its architectural appearance should be preserved during reconstruction.
Responsible services were instructed to develop a design concept as soon as possible, expedite the creation of a sketch project, and organize the implementation of works in phases. The construction of a swimming pool will begin first, which will enhance opportunities for the development of water sports and improve access to sports infrastructure for the capital's residents.
As a result of the field meeting, responsible structures were tasked with paying attention to preserving the original appearance of the Sports Palace and accelerating the reconstruction process of the facility.
