At a meeting held under the leadership of the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Adylbek Kasymaliev, the results of new reforms implemented within the framework of the "Government Accelerators" program were presented.
Since 2025, the implementation of 12 reform initiatives aimed at addressing pressing socio-economic issues has begun. The outcomes of two key areas were announced at this meeting.
The first reform aims to improve access to guaranteed medical services. To address the problem of insufficient public awareness and the lack of convenient tools, a digital service called "Right to Health" was created, accessible through the mobile application "Tündük." This will allow over 5.2 million citizens to receive personalized information about their medical rights and services in just one minute, without the need to study complex documents or undergo lengthy consultations.
The second reform includes simplifying the process of re-registering individual entrepreneurs. All major procedures have been transitioned to an electronic format through the "Taxpayer Cabinet," significantly reducing the time for submitting applications from 2-3 hours to just 5-10 minutes, completely eliminating the need for a personal visit to tax authorities.
“These achievements confirm the government's systematic approach to the digitalization of services, creating transparent and comfortable conditions for citizens, as well as supporting businesses,” noted Adylbek Kasymaliev.
