According to him, delays in construction sometimes occur for two to three months due to the necessity of conducting tenders, which often have to be announced multiple times."The president proposes to reconsider this procedure and completely abolish tenders. There should be none at all. Not even the letter 't' from the word 'tender' should remain. I urge you to expedite the consideration of this issue," the speaker emphasized, adding that in the event of violations during construction, the heads of the respective organizations will be held accountable.
