The Cabinet proposed outsourcing some state services, but Bekeshev emphasized that citizens often complain about the inability to reach organizations such as "Gorlifty" and water supply companies. According to him, calls from mobile phones to landline numbers of "Kyrgyztelecom" cost 5 soms per minute, and the waiting time can stretch to 20 minutes or more, leading to expenses of 100 soms for a single attempt to get through.
The deputy stressed that government agencies must be responsible for the quality of the services provided and are obliged to ensure accessible and modern communication channels. He also called for the mandatory implementation of mobile numbers and the use of messengers such as WhatsApp and Telegram for communication with the population.
In Bekeshev's opinion, "Kyrgyztelecom" should not profit from telephony at the expense of citizens, and the latter should not have to pay 100 soms just to reach a call center.
