During the inspection, it was revealed that several commercial properties on this street had been built on municipal land without the necessary permits. Among these properties is part of the building housing the "American Pizza" café. According to the city administration, the owner of this building is the former vice-mayor of Osh, Jasur Azimov.
The municipal services were instructed, in accordance with the law, to initiate the process of dismantling the illegally constructed structures. "They call it 'American Pizza,' but in reality, it's just pizza. Everyone knows who Jasur Azimov is. Let him clear the area, remove it," noted the city mayor.
After that, the mayor visited the café and had a conversation with the administrator, as well as spoke with a tenant named Kylychbek. "Convey to the building owner: within three days, the part that extends onto the roadway must be removed. If this does not happen, we will disconnect the electricity and water supply. This building belongs to vice-mayor Jasur Azimov. Clear the area," warned Mayor Jenishbek Toktorbaev.
Additionally, instructions were given to check the legality of commercial properties located on the plots owned by the shopping center and construction company "Nurzaman" on A. Shakirov Street.
There was also a task set to clearly define and mark the areas that need to be cleared, where the sports facilities and restaurant are located on this street.
